Home and Away spoilers for 24–28 August bring five explosive days as Zane confesses, Remi is attacked and Sonny’s lies finally unravel.
Five dramatic days shake Summer Bay from 24–28 August as long-hidden truths finally emerge, relationships are pushed to breaking point and Beau’s increasingly threatening behaviour places several residents in danger.
Monday 24 August: Zane’s darkest secret comes out
Zane finally tells Alf and Marilyn exactly what happened before he went to prison. He admits that while committing a burglary as a teenager, he swung a bat and badly injured the homeowner’s young daughter.
Marilyn believes Zane deserves another chance after serving his sentence, but Alf remains suspicious. Sonny also continues hiding what he knows about Beau’s steroid operation despite Dana urging him to speak to police.
Tuesday 25 August: Zane gives up on Summer Bay
Marilyn persuades Leah to give Zane a trial at the Diner, but things quickly become uncomfortable. After overhearing Leah say she only agreed as a favour to Marilyn, Zane decides to leave rather than continue causing tension.
David and Amelia’s relationship also attracts attention from Lacey and Jo. Amelia then reveals she has handed in her notice and will soon leave the Bay.
Wednesday 26 August: Marilyn walks out
Marilyn is devastated by Zane’s disappearance and eventually lashes out at Leah before quitting the Diner. Amelia surprisingly reverses her own departure after Jo makes her reconsider David’s feelings.
Levi also admits the terrifying truth about his hand injury to Mackenzie. He fears he could lose the fine motor control needed for medicine, while Eden experiences an unexplained nosebleed.
Thursday 27 August: Beau strikes
Remi learns Sonny is still dealing steroids for Beau and refuses to become his best man. Beau later discovers Remi has been talking and orders his associates to attack him.
Harper is simultaneously being threatened and controlled by Beau. Dana then overhears Eden blaming Sonny for what happened to Remi, finally exposing just how serious Sonny’s lies have become.
Friday 28 August: Sonny’s secrets collapse
Sonny confesses everything to Cash and is charged with possession and supply. Dana cannot understand how the man she planned to marry could look her in the eyes and repeatedly lie to her.
His confession leads Cash to question Beau, while Harper finally prepares to run. Tane spots the bruise on Harper’s face as she becomes increasingly terrified about Beau getting anywhere near Archie.
