Hollyoaks spoilers for 24–26 August bring a difficult discovery for Vicky, fresh questions over Rex’s murder and trouble for Ste, James and Tony.
Three episodes bring several important developments to Hollyoaks from 24–26 August. Donny discovers what Vicky has been going through, while Ste and Leah focus on the mystery surrounding Rex and James tries to convince Ste that he can be trusted again.
Monday: Donny learns the truth about Vicky
Donny discovers Vicky’s eating disorder and decides to take action after learning what she has been dealing with. The discovery brings a serious new challenge for both of them.
Elsewhere, Ste asks Leah to investigate James’ possible involvement in Rex’s murder. Mercedes spends her time jazzing up her children’s old clothes so she can resell them.
Tuesday: Leah digs deeper into Rex’s murder
Leah begins researching Rex’s killer online as Ste’s questions continue. At the same time, James turns to Beth and asks her to help him win back Ste’s trust.
Tony has problems of his own when he discovers Maddox and Dee Dee have had sex. He kicks off over the revelation, creating fresh drama around the pair.
Wednesday: Rex is remembered
Cindy meets Martin’s son Xander as she tries to uncover why she was set up. Her search for answers brings Xander directly into her investigation.
James arrives with flowers for Ste as he continues trying to repair their relationship, while also making an unlikely new friend in Jonah. Ro then holds a memorial for his late friend Rex as the fallout from his death continues.
Questions remain around Rex
Ste and Leah’s investigation runs alongside James’ attempts to regain Ste’s trust, keeping Rex’s murder at the heart of several characters’ stories. Ro’s memorial also ensures that Rex remains very much in the thoughts of those who knew him.
Meanwhile, Vicky, Donny, Tony, Maddox, Dee Dee and Cindy all face separate developments of their own. The three episodes therefore combine the continuing murder mystery with several major personal and family stories.
