P-Valley Returns After Four Years as Final Season Trailer Reveals New Trouble at The Pynk
TARZ in the United States from 4 December. UK release details have not yet been announced.
More than four years after its second season concluded, P-Valley is preparing for its final chapter, with a new trailer revealing fresh rivalries, complicated relationships and growing threats to the future of The Pynk.
The acclaimed STARZ drama returns on Friday 4 December 2026 with a two-episode premiere, bringing viewers back to the fictional Mississippi town of Chucalissa for nine final episodes.
Created by Katori Hall, the series has become known for its portrayal of the performers and workers connected to The Pynk, alongside its exploration of Black queer relationships, family struggles and the realities of working in the adult entertainment industry.
New Casino Threatens the Future of The Pynk
The newly released trailer introduces a major development for Chucalissa, where the opening of the Promised Land Casino brings new money and opportunities to the community.
However, the arrival of a powerful new business also creates additional competition and rivalries, threatening to disrupt relationships and ambitions throughout the town.
At The Pynk, Uncle Clifford, played by Nicco Annan, hopes to expand the business while protecting the club and the people who depend on it.
Roulette, played by Gail Bean, has ambitions of her own and is prepared to break one of the club's most important rules as she attempts to build her influence.
Meanwhile, Keyshawn, played by Shannon Thornton, continues fighting for independence and a better future for herself and her children following the difficult circumstances explored during the previous season.
The trailer offers an early look at how these different stories will develop as the characters confront the consequences of their choices.
Uncle Clifford and Lil' Murda Face New Challenges
One of the most important relationships returning in the final season is the romance between Uncle Clifford and Lil' Murda, played by J. Alphonse Nicholson.
Their relationship became a central part of the series as Lil' Murda struggled to reconcile his growing musical career with his sexuality and the expectations surrounding him.
The new episodes will explore further complications as his connections to gang activity threaten his future, while his relationship with Uncle Clifford continues to develop.
Their story has been particularly significant to the programme's LGBTQ+ representation, offering a portrayal of Black queer love alongside questions of identity, acceptance and the pressures of maintaining a public career.
The third season will also see Mercedes, played by Brandee Evans, continuing to navigate life beyond her work at The Pynk, while the club's wider community faces an uncertain future.
Why Is P-Valley Ending After Season Three?
Hall confirmed in September that the third season would be the last, explaining that she wanted to conclude the drama on her own terms.
The programme originated from her stage play Pussy Valley, which she began developing in 2009 before adapting the story for television.
The first season premiered in 2020, followed by a second in 2022, making the forthcoming episodes the first new instalments in more than four years.
Hall will direct five of the final season's nine episodes, including the opening two, while Jennifer Arnold directs the remaining four.
When Can You Watch P-Valley Season Three?
The final season premieres on STARZ in the United States on Friday 4 December 2026, with two episodes available on the opening day and further instalments released weekly.
The first two seasons have previously been available through MGM+ on Prime Video in the UK, although a British premiere date for the third season has not been confirmed.
