Home and Away's Eden is betrayed by her own family as secrets threaten her marriage

Eden Fowler's first wedding anniversary with Cash Newman should be a happy occasion, but a series of family secrets leaves her feeling betrayed in Home and Away.

What begins as a romantic celebration soon turns into a confrontation, with Eden questioning why the people closest to her have decided to keep important news from her.

Eden secretly asks Remi Carter to help arrange an anniversary celebration, with Levi Fowler and Mackenzie Booth joining the plans. Although Levi accidentally spoils the surprise, Cash is delighted and gives Eden tickets for an around-the-world trip they can plan when her health improves. Eden also acknowledges Mackenzie and Levi's grief following the loss of their baby.

The mood changes when Richie reveals that he has returned to the Bay and reunited with Abigail. Eden is furious that her sister has hidden the relationship, and Cash asks Richie to leave because he is concerned about Eden's health.

Things become worse when Eden discovers that Levi has an upcoming operation which he and Mackenzie have concealed to protect her. Eden insists that being unwell does not mean she should be treated like a child or excluded from family decisions. Levi considers postponing the operation, while Mackenzie's attempt to advise Abigail about her relationship prompts Eden to accuse her of trying to replace her.

Cash explains that the family has been trying to protect Eden, but their intentions have not stopped her from feeling hurt. With two major secrets exposed, the anniversary becomes a difficult test of the family's relationships.
