Hollyoaks Zoe Anderson Return Raises Big Questions Over Prince and Son Theo

Hollyoaks is reportedly bringing back Zoe Anderson almost two years after her departure, and her homecoming could have major consequences for Prince and their young son Theo.

Garcia Brown, who played the former detective between 2022 and 2025, is reportedly returning for a guest appearance ahead of Christmas. While the circumstances surrounding Zoe's comeback have not been revealed, her complicated history with Prince gives viewers a particularly interesting storyline to revisit.

The former couple's separation was painful enough, but developments after Zoe moved to Dubai raised an even bigger question about Prince's future as Theo's father.

Why Zoe's Return Matters for Prince and Theo

Zoe left the village in January 2025 after discovering that Prince had cheated on her with Dilly. Their engagement collapsed, and Zoe decided to start again in Dubai, taking Theo with her.

The departure was especially difficult for Prince, whose relationship with his son had already been shaped by an emotional beginning. Theo was born prematurely in August 2024, leaving both parents fearing for his survival before he recovered.

Although their romantic relationship eventually fell apart, Zoe and Prince remained connected through their son. That connection became even more complicated after her departure.

In August 2025, Prince discovered that Zoe was engaged to another man who wanted to adopt Theo. The news raised the possibility of someone else taking on a permanent parental role in his son's life, leaving Prince devastated.

However, Zoe subsequently invited Prince to visit her and Theo in Dubai, suggesting that their relationship as parents was not necessarily beyond repair.

That detail makes her reported return particularly interesting. Rather than simply revisiting an old romance, Hollyoaks has the opportunity to explore how two separated parents navigate their responsibilities when they are living in different countries.

Those unanswered questions give Zoe's reported comeback more significance than a familiar face simply returning for Christmas. For Prince, the most important development may not be seeing his former fiancée again, but discovering what the future holds for his relationship with Theo.
