Nicola stops Jimmy’s funeral speech
Saying goodbye to Jimmy is painful enough without the betrayal Nicola is still trying to process. Carl is struggling too, knowing his dad will not be there for his birthday.
When the village gathers for the funeral, Sadie settles into a front-row seat and Charles begins his address. Nicola finds his words impersonal and interrupts to speak herself, but what will she choose to say?
Jimmy’s key sends Sadie searching
Carl finds a mysterious key among Jimmy’s belongings from the scrapyard. After a call from Hotten Golf Club attracts Robert’s attention, Manpreet identifies it as the key to Jimmy’s locker.
Sadie and Robert head to the club hoping to uncover the missing money, only for Nicola and Rodney to arrive while they are searching. Forced to hide, can they avoid being caught?
Gabby’s panic attack leaves Laurel searching
Laurel goes looking for Gabby, unaware she is suffering a severe panic attack on the floor at The Hide. Unable to find her, Laurel does not realise how urgently she needs help.
Gabby later wakes in hospital with Laurel and Manpreet supporting her.
