Could Belle's Decision to Face Tom Alone Put Her in Danger in Emmerdale?

Belle Dingle makes a worrying decision in Emmerdale next week when she insists on confronting Tom alone, despite growing fears about his possible reaction to Samson's attack.

Belle has been struggling with memories of the abuse she suffered during her marriage to Tom, and Cain's decision to involve Samson has made her increasingly anxious about what might happen next.

Kammy attempts to reassure Belle, promising to support her as she deals with the consequences of the attack. However, the situation becomes more difficult when Sam demands that Cain and Moira move out following the family confrontation.

With both men arguing over what should happen, Belle eventually reaches breaking point and challenges their behaviour.

Rather than allow Cain and Sam to continue making decisions that affect her, she announces that she intends to speak to Tom herself.

The decision leaves her relatives understandably deeply concerned, because Tom has been convicted of abusing and controlling her.

Kammy accompanies Belle to hospital and attempts to calm her nerves before the meeting, but he is uncomfortable when she insists on going inside alone.

Belle believes Kammy's presence could provoke Tom, so she persuades him to remain outside and give her ten minutes before seeking help.

Her determination to take control of the situation is understandable after everything she has experienced, but the circumstances also raise serious questions about her safety.

Emmerdale continues on ITV1 and ITVX.
