Coronation Street spoilers for 21–25 September 2026 reveal Eva unconscious, Debbie struggling to get help and Lisa warning Kit his job is at risk.
Eva faces a frightening emergency in Coronation Street, but the person who finds her needs help herself. Coming up, Debbie discovers Eva unconscious at the bottom of the cellar steps, only to become confused as she goes to raise the alarm.
Elsewhere, Lisa has to act when Kit loses his temper at work, while Christina makes an unsettling discovery about Lucy’s mother. There is also a welcome moment of happiness for Debbie before the week takes a worrying turn.
Eva needs help
Feeling unwell, Eva decides to close the pub. However, a noise from downstairs leaves her with something else to worry about.
Later scenes see Debbie enter the empty pub and discover Eva lying unconscious below the cellar stairs. Debbie immediately heads out to find help, but her confusion threatens to complicate an already frightening situation.
Lisa gives Kit a serious warning
Kit accompanies Bernie to her appointment alongside Dev, but the visit ends badly. When Bernie expresses confidence that her test will come back negative, Kit loses his temper and leaves.
His behaviour causes further concern at the police station when he lashes out at a suspect. Lisa intervenes, tells him to take the day off and makes clear that his job could be at risk if he fails to address what is happening.
Lucy reacts and Christina makes a discovery
Sally becomes concerned by Lucy’s artwork, which features an angry woman holding her head. Her attempt to ask whether the woman is Lucy’s mum provokes an angry response.
Meanwhile, Christina is delighted when George makes her assistant funeral director. That happiness gives way to horror when he shows her Rachel’s file and explains that she is Lucy’s mother, prompting Christina to hurry away.
Susie gets her way
Susie manages to secure Ben and Eva’s reluctant agreement to let Glenda share her singing video on the Little Big Shotz website. Maggie, however, does not approve.
Glenda also quietly arranges a pub quiz to suit Debbie’s knowledge of the 1980s, earning an appreciative smile from Ronnie. Later, Debbie mistakes a girl leaving Carl’s room for Kylie Minogue after she introduces herself as Kylie, while Carl also begins a shift at Street Cars.
