Coronation Street Shona leaves Harper in car horror

Shona Platt faces a terrifying moment in upcoming Coronation Street scenes when she suddenly realises she has left Harper in the car.

After what has already been a nightmare day, Shona calls David to talk through everything that has happened. During the conversation, the awful realisation hits her that Harper is still outside.

Shona immediately races to the car in a blind panic. When she gets there, she finds Daniel Osbourne cradling Harper, bringing a huge wave of relief after several frightening moments.

The incident leaves Shona shaken, with Jodie Ramsey stepping in and telling her that she needs to get some sleep.

It is a particularly difficult moment for Shona because the mistake comes at the end of an already overwhelming day. Her panic is immediate once she realises what has happened, and Daniel’s presence with Harper prevents the situation from becoming even more serious.

For Shona, however, the shock of what nearly happened is unlikely to disappear quickly. The moment she realises Harper has been left in the car is enough to send her into complete panic, while finding Daniel holding her brings immediate relief.

With Shona already under pressure, this latest incident leaves her confronting just how much she is trying to manage and how badly she needs a chance to recover.
