Caleb Miligan Becomes Victim Of Shocking Emmerdale Fraud
Caleb Miligan has spent years outsmarting enemies, building businesses and staying one step ahead of those around him.
This week, however, he becomes the one being fooled.

The fraud begins when Caleb receives a message that appears to come from his daughter Steph.
According to the request, Steph urgently needs money for a property deposit in London. Wanting to help his daughter secure her future, Caleb transfers the cash without asking too many questions.
Unfortunately, the entire story is fake.
Steph is actually enjoying time away in Thailand with her boyfriend and has absolutely no idea her name is being used as part of a scam.
Behind the deception is Archie.
Using AI technology, the teenager successfully clones Steph's voice and creates a convincing fake message designed to manipulate Caleb into handing over the money.
The plan works perfectly.
At least initially.
What makes the storyline particularly interesting is the fact Caleb is usually the person asking difficult questions. He is sharp, suspicious and rarely trusts anybody completely.
Yet even he is caught out.
The incident demonstrates how sophisticated modern scams can be, especially when artificial intelligence is involved.
As Caleb continues life unaware of what has happened, danger begins building around him.
Kerry soon discovers Archie's secret and immediately realises the scale of the problem.
Not only has Caleb lost thousands of pounds, but he has been humiliated in the process.
For somebody like Caleb, that may be the bigger issue.
Money can be replaced.

As the truth edges closer to being exposed, viewers are left wondering exactly how Caleb will react.
