Who Is Noah D’Annunzio? Meet Home and Away’s Dylan Baldwin

Noah D’Annunzio is the actor who has joined Home and Away as Dylan Baldwin, the younger brother of Sonny Baldwin.

He arrives in Summer Bay on UK screens on Wednesday, October 28, and his unexpected appearance could bring a fresh set of complications for the Baldwin brothers, while a new romance with Lacey Miller looks to be on the cards.

Australian viewers have already met Dylan, but UK fans are about to catch up with Sonny and his younger brother. Dylan is looking for adventure, Sonny has questions about why he has arrived without warning, and Lacey finds herself unexpectedly attracted to the newcomer. With family tensions and a possible romance developing, there could be plenty of trouble ahead.

But who is Noah D’Annunzio, and what has the Australian actor done before joining the Summer Bay cast?

Who is Noah D’Annunzio?

Noah is an Australian actor born in Perth, Western Australia. According to his acting biography, he started attending acting classes at just three years old and landed his first professional job at six, appearing in a television commercial for Red Rooster.

His training continued as he grew up, including the Gifted & Talented Drama programme at John Curtin College of the Arts. He has also undertaken drama, voice and accent training at Ali Roberts Studio in Perth, where he has attended classes since the age of eight.

Noah D’Annunzio’s acting career

One of Noah’s early feature-film credits was Paper Planes, the 2014 Australian family film directed by Robert Connolly. Starring Ed Oxenbould, Sam Worthington and Deborah Mailman, the film follows a young boy who discovers a talent for paper-plane flying and dreams of competing in the World Paper Plane Championships. Noah is credited as a Sydney Finalist.

He subsequently built up a range of screen credits, including appearances in the short films Little Raven and Shine Bright in 2016, followed by Coffee, 101 Ways to Kill Your Lover and His Father’s Son in 2017.

His later work includes What We See and All Good in 2020, Bunker Down Under in 2021 and Happy Campers, a 2023 short film in which he played Ranger Zane.

Noah also appeared in Before Dawn, the 2024 Australian First World War film about a young man joining the Western Front. He played the Photographer, adding another feature-film credit to his screen career.

His award recognition for His Father’s Son

Noah played Emmet in His Father’s Son, an award-winning Australian short film released in 2017.

Set in a small country town, the story follows three teenage boys whose friendship is tested by a kitten, a girl and a buried secret.

Noah’s performance earned him the Best Actor award at the 2017 9FilmFest awards.

What else has Noah D’Annunzio appeared in?

Noah’s more recent short-film credits include The Last Trip (2024), in which he played Paul, and The Roadhouse Blues (2024), in which he played Tony. His filmography also includes Skeleton Girls: A Kidnapped Society (2025), where he was credited as a House Party Guest.

His career has therefore included a mixture of short films, independent productions and feature films, rather than being limited to television soap roles. Dylan Baldwin gives him an opportunity to reach a wider audience through one of Australia’s best-known continuing dramas.

Who is Dylan Baldwin in Home and Away?

Dylan is Sonny Baldwin’s younger brother, and his arrival comes as a surprise when he turns up in Summer Bay unannounced. The brothers have a complicated family history, with Sonny previously describing Dylan as the family’s “golden child”.

Sonny has explained that Dylan worked hard for his degree, while he himself felt like an embarrassment to their parents because of his less conventional career. Despite those feelings, Sonny has made it clear that he is proud of his younger brother.

Dylan’s apparently successful life, however, has not necessarily made him happy. He has grown tired of living up to his parents’ expectations and tells Sonny that he wants adventure. His decision to arrive without warning leaves Sonny questioning what has really brought him to Summer Bay.

The brothers now have an opportunity to reconnect, but Dylan’s arrival could also bring old family tensions back to the surface. With Sonny already wondering what his younger brother is up to, there may be more to Dylan’s visit than a simple change of scenery.

Is romance on the cards for Dylan and Lacey Miller?

Dylan’s arrival could also signal the beginning of a new romance in Summer Bay. When he meets Lacey Miller through Sonny and their friends, there is an immediate attraction between them.

Lacey later confides in her sister Jo that she has not felt this way about anyone since Theo Poulos, whose death continues to affect her. She has been trying to find a way forward while accepting that her grief will always remain part of her life.

Lacey knows that moving on does not mean forgetting Theo, but the possibility of a new relationship leaves her facing feelings she has not experienced since losing him. Dylan’s arrival catches her off guard, and she must decide whether she is ready to let somebody new into her life.

There are already signs that Dylan and Lacey’s connection will develop beyond their first meeting. Australian storyline coverage has indicated a romantic future for the pair, giving UK viewers something to look forward to as Dylan settles into Summer Bay.

With Dylan keen for adventure and Lacey tentatively considering a fresh start, their relationship could bring both excitement and complications. Sonny’s own questions about his brother may also become part of the picture, particularly if Dylan’s arrival changes the balance of his life in Summer Bay.
