Want to appear on The Traitors Ireland in 2027? Applications are open for series three. Find out how to apply, eligibility rules and the closing date.
Could you convince a room full of strangers that you’re innocent while secretly plotting against them?
Or would you be the Faithful who finally spots the lies?
The Traitors Ireland is looking for its next contestants, with applications officially open for the third series in 2027.
Kite Entertainment, the production company behind the Irish competition, is searching for people with strong personalities, sharp instincts and the confidence to take part in a game built around trust and deception.
The programme, hosted by Siobhán McSweeney and filmed at Slane Castle in County Meath, has become a popular addition to the international Traitors franchise, with its second series now being shown to UK audiences on BBC iPlayer.
Who can apply for The Traitors Ireland 2027?
Applicants must be at least 18 years old when applying and have the legal right to reside in Ireland.
They must also be available for up to four weeks of filming, provisionally scheduled for March or April 2027. The production company warns that these dates may change.
You do not need previous television experience to put yourself forward, although applicants must meet the eligibility conditions and agree to the official terms.
What do you need to apply?
Applicants must complete the online casting form, providing personal details and information about their personality, background and approach to the competition.
The application also requests two recent photographs, including a headshot and a full-length photograph, alongside a one-minute introductory video.
The video is an opportunity to explain what makes you different, why you would be an entertaining contestant and what qualities you could bring to the game.
Applicants can also indicate whether they would prefer to play as a Traitor or a Faithful, although the production team ultimately decides which role selected contestants will receive.
When is the application deadline?
The official closing date is 15 March 2027, although Kite Entertainment states that applications may close earlier or remain open longer at its discretion.
Filming is currently anticipated to take place during March or April 2027, meaning successful applicants must be prepared to make themselves available for up to four weeks.
Where can you apply for The Traitors Ireland?
Applications are being accepted through the official Cast It Reach platform, which is linked from Kite Entertainment’s website.
Applicants can register, review the eligibility requirements and complete the casting process online.
