Las Vegas Pride Night Parade returns on 9 October

Las Vegas Pride returns to downtown Las Vegas on Friday 9 October 2026 with its annual Night Parade, bringing LGBTQ+ groups, performers, community organisations and visitors onto the city's streets after dark. The pre-show begins at 6pm local time, with the parade itself due to start at 7pm.

The event is one of the centrepieces of Las Vegas Pride weekend and deliberately takes place at night rather than following the daytime format used by many other Pride celebrations. That gives the parade its distinctive mix of illuminated floats, costumes, music and nightlife atmosphere.

Where does the Las Vegas Pride parade take place?

The main parade stage will be located at 4th Street and Bridger Avenue in downtown Las Vegas. A Pride Block Party will also take over part of 4th Street, with food trucks, exhibitors and drinks stations operating around the parade route.

The event is designed as an open community celebration rather than a ticketed arena show. Visitors can watch from the downtown route while also exploring the surrounding Pride activities before and after the procession.

Organisers are working with the City of Las Vegas, police, private security and emergency services around crowd safety. Anyone attending on 9 October should allow extra time for road closures and changes to normal access around the parade area.

Pride events continue after the parade

The celebration does not end when the final parade group passes through downtown. An official Pride Night Parade after-party is scheduled later that evening, while additional Las Vegas Pride events continue across the weekend.

On Saturday 10 October, Pride celebrations include further nightlife events such as the Rainbow Rave. That gives visitors travelling specifically for Pride more than one evening of LGBTQ+ events to build into a Las Vegas trip.

Las Vegas Pride has developed its own identity partly because it reflects the city around it. Rather than trying to reproduce a traditional daytime march, the Night Parade leans into lights, entertainment and the city's late-night culture.

For anyone already planning to be in Nevada this week, the key date is Friday 9 October 2026. The pre-show starts at 6pm, with the main parade beginning one hour later at 7pm.
