Home and Away’s Tane May Be The First Person To See Through Beau

Tane Parata has always put family first, and that instinct could make him one of the first people to recognise that something is not quite right with Beau.

Upcoming Home and Away scenes place Tane in direct conflict with Beau as tensions begin building around Harper and Archie. While Harper remains committed to making her relationship work, Tane’s perspective is very different.

For Tane, Archie’s wellbeing comes before everything else.

That is why Beau’s reaction to the youngster’s return immediately stands out. Rather than welcoming Archie back into Harper’s life, Beau becomes frustrated by the attention he receives and worries about how it will affect his relationship.

Those concerns naturally place him at odds with Tane. As somebody who cares deeply about both Harper and Archie, Tane has little patience for anyone who sees family responsibilities as an inconvenience.

The friction between the two men continues growing as Beau becomes increasingly defensive whenever his behaviour is questioned.

Tane is not actively searching for problems, but he is somebody who tends to trust his instincts. When situations feel wrong, he rarely ignores them.

That quality could prove significant. While Harper remains focused on making the relationship succeed, Tane is in a position to view events from the outside. He can observe how Beau reacts to setbacks, how he handles disappointment and how he responds when things fail to go his way.

Those observations may eventually become important. The storyline does not suggest Tane has uncovered Beau’s secrets. However, it does place him in a position where he can recognise warning signs that others may overlook.

At the same time, Tane’s support remains important for Harper.

As Beau becomes increasingly frustrated by Archie’s presence, Tane continues focusing on what is best for the youngster and the people around him.

That creates a clear contrast between the two men.

One is focused on family and stability. The other appears increasingly concerned about maintaining control of his relationship.

As tensions continue to build, Tane’s instincts may prove more accurate than anybody realises.

If Beau’s behaviour continues escalating, he could find himself facing somebody who is not prepared to look the other way.
