Home and Away's Sonny faces terrifying deadline as Beau demands drug money

Sonny's attempts to keep his secret hidden take a dramatic turn in upcoming Home and Away scenes as dangerous dealer Beau demands repayment for the drugs he supplied. With just 24 hours to find the cash, Sonny finds himself running out of options while desperately trying to stop those closest to him discovering the truth.

As the pressure builds, Dana begins to notice that something is seriously wrong. While Sonny insists he has matters under control, his increasingly desperate behaviour leaves her questioning whether he's telling the whole truth.

After Beau and Harper make their relationship official, the dealer decides it is the perfect opportunity to confront Sonny. Beau interrupts the romantic dinner reservation that Sonny had arranged for the couple and makes it clear he expects the money he is owed without delay.

Beau tells Sonny he has just 24 hours to hand over the cash for the pills, warning that there will be serious consequences if he fails to pay. The threat leaves Sonny shaken, knowing he has nowhere near enough money to settle the debt.

Although Sonny tries to buy himself more time, Beau refuses to back down. The ultimatum forces Sonny into making increasingly desperate decisions as he searches for any possible way of raising the money before the deadline expires.

One of Sonny's first ideas is to ask Eden for a loan. Hoping to avoid revealing the real reason behind his financial problems, he approaches her for help, but his plan quickly begins to unravel.

Remi soon overhears the conversation and challenges Sonny, leading to a heated confrontation between the pair. Their disagreement becomes impossible to ignore, with Dana witnessing the argument and growing increasingly confused about what has caused such a dramatic fallout.

Rather than admitting the truth, Sonny tells Dana that he simply owes Remi a few hundred dollars. Believing she's helping solve a straightforward financial problem between friends, Dana immediately offers to lend Sonny the money herself.

Dana has no idea that Sonny's troubles extend far beyond a disagreement with Remi. Unaware of Beau's threats or Sonny's growing dependence on pills, she believes the loan could resolve the situation before it gets any worse.

Meanwhile, Sonny attempts to carry on as though nothing is wrong by taking on a trial shift at Salt. Despite Mackenzie having concerns about whether he has recovered enough to return to work, Sonny insists he is ready to prove himself.

It quickly becomes clear that he has pushed himself too far. Sonny's recovering legs give way during the shift and he collapses, forcing Mackenzie to end the trial before he can continue.

The setback only increases the pressure Sonny is already facing. Unable to earn the money he desperately needs and with Beau's deadline rapidly approaching, Sonny's options are becoming increasingly limited.

Dana's willingness to help shows how much she cares about Sonny, but her generosity could end up drawing her further into a situation she knows nothing about. As Sonny continues hiding the truth from the people closest to him, keeping his secret buried may soon become impossible.

Whether Sonny accepts Dana's offer or chooses another path, Beau has made it clear he expects to be paid. With the clock ticking, Sonny's dangerous situation is only becoming more difficult to escape.
