Mali Could Be The Person Sonny Cannot Fool

Mali's role in the storyline is interesting because he is not trying to expose Sonny for the sake of drama.

He is watching because Dana asked him to, and because Sonny's behaviour no longer makes sense.

That makes him a real threat to the secret. Mali knows how to read people, and he has spent enough time around Summer Bay drama to recognise when someone is under pressure. Sonny may still be able to explain away individual incidents, but it will become much harder to convince Mali if the same warning signs keep appearing.
