Home and Away Top 10 Spoilers for 21–25 September 2026

Home and Away packs several huge developments into 21–25 September 2026, with painful discoveries, new beginnings and major relationship decisions across Summer Bay. These are the ten moments viewers will not want to miss.

1. Eden is allowed home from hospital. Amelia agrees Eden can be discharged, but strict isolation rules mean visitors are banned because even a minor infection could become dangerously serious.

2. Cash is ruled out as Eden’s donor. He learns he is not a stem cell match and later discovers Eden’s parents have also failed to match, narrowing the immediate family options even further.

3. Levi gets devastating donor news. Eden hopes her brother might provide the answer they desperately need, but Levi is also confirmed as unsuitable and she admits how badly she wanted him to save her.

4. David goes to Amelia’s motel room. After Lacey apologises for her reaction to his romance, David decides he still wants to move forward and follows the address Amelia has secretly entered into his phone.

5. David and Amelia spend the night together. Their relationship becomes more intimate before David heads home to check on his daughters, while another romantic kiss confirms they intend to continue seeing each other.

6. Harper finds a new home far from Summer Bay. John tells Tane that Harper has secured a rental half a day away, leaving him devastated by the reality of being separated from Archie.

7. Remi moves in with Sonny. Remi decides Sonny needs his support more than ever and leaves Tane’s place, becoming Sonny’s new flatmate despite the potential damage to his friendship with Tane.

8. Sonny lands a new job. After working on his CV and trying to rebuild his life, Sonny helps an overwhelmed Mackenzie at Salt and is rewarded when she tells him he is hired.

9. Zane receives a brutal response from Heidi’s family. Medical reports reveal Heidi still has a profound brain injury, while a note attached to the paperwork states that Zane will never be forgiven.

10. Jimmy returns as Eden’s condition worsens. Mackenzie secretly calls Levi’s father after seeing how badly he is struggling, and Jimmy arrives in Summer Bay before joining the family for an emotional reunion with Eden.

The ten moments are linked by characters trying to move forward while facing consequences they cannot control. From Zane confronting the permanent impact of his crime to Eden waiting for an unknown donor, several Summer Bay residents discover that hope and uncertainty can exist at exactly the same time.
