Home and Away: Dana Matheson questions Sonny Baldwin after three worrying clues

Home and Away UK viewers will see Dana Matheson become increasingly suspicious of Sonny Baldwin after a cancelled dinner, a questionable gym excuse and a tense confrontation with Remi Carter. Sonny insists that nothing is wrong, but the inconsistencies in his behaviour are becoming difficult for Dana to ignore.

The couple are initially excited about a date at a fancy restaurant. Their plans change after Beau privately pressures Sonny into handing the reservation over to him and Harper.

Unable to explain the real reason, Sonny tells Dana that he has pushed himself too hard at the gym. He suggests they stay home with Archie while Beau and Harper enjoy the booking instead.

Dana agrees, but she immediately senses that his lack of energy is not the whole story. She is concerned about his health, yet Sonny appears more withdrawn than simply tired.

Sonny’s explanation fails to convince Dana

Sonny prepares pasta at home and attempts to carry on as normal. Dana presses him for an honest answer, asking whether his mood is connected to Remi or the lost dinner reservation.

He denies both suggestions. The response ends the conversation for the moment, but it does not ease Dana’s concerns.

The following morning gives her another reason to question him. Despite blaming the gym for his exhaustion, Sonny completes another workout and is then seen arguing with Remi.

Dana witnesses the confrontation from a distance. She may not hear every word, but the sight of Sonny fighting with one of his closest friends confirms that something is happening behind her back.

She confronts him directly and lays out the sequence of events. He was tired and moody during their evening at home, returned to the gym the next morning and is now involved in a public argument with Remi.

Dana has tried to place Sonny’s recovery above everything else, but his refusal to explain himself risks damaging the trust between them. Her questions are no longer based on one strange evening because several warning signs are now pointing towards the same hidden problem.

Sonny may produce another excuse, but Dana is getting closer to the truth. The more he tries to keep Beau’s demands and his money problems separate, the easier it becomes for those around him to see that his story does not add up.
