Cash opens up to Melanie
Cash has been researching Eden's condition and previously joined an online support group, where he connected with Melanie.
Although he wants to remain strong for Eden, Cash has been struggling with his own emotions and finds it difficult to share his fears with her.
When he speaks to Melanie on the phone, he finally has someone who understands what he is going through.
Eden overhears the conversation, but rather than becoming suspicious, she is relieved that Cash has found someone he can talk to.
Eden fears Mackenzie is taking her place
Meanwhile, Eden is feeling increasingly isolated from her family as she continues to deal with her illness.
She worries that Mackenzie has become closer to Abigail and Richie, leaving her feeling as though she is being replaced in their lives.
