Home and Away 28 Sep–2 Oct: A Donor Race and a Showdown
Can Eden recover, will Austin leave Zane alone, and how will Levi react to Mackenzie’s IVF news? Find out what happens in Home and Away’s UK week ahead.
There is relief for Eden after a frightening trip to hospital, but her family soon learns why they cannot relax. Elsewhere, an attempt to help Zane brings the past straight to Marilyn’s door.
Eden collapses in front of her family and struggles to breathe, leaving Cash distraught. Her blood cell count has fallen, so Amelia brings forward a transfusion and keeps her in hospital.
Eden’s observations improve and doctors find no sign of infection, but Amelia remains concerned about the effects of her treatment. Levi tells the family that without better control of her condition, Eden could have months.
Mali’s blood drive gives the Bay a way to respond. Remi and Sonny help bring people in, Lacey hands out flyers, and potential stem cell donors can join the registry if they are eligible.
John avoids the Surf Club because he is terrified of needles. Mali discovers the reason, stays beside him and helps him give blood.
Zane cannot join the donors because he has not been out of prison long enough. He feels humiliated when Mali explains this to Remi, while his thoughts remain fixed on Heidi and the injuries she still lives with.
Marilyn calls Heidi’s brother Austin without telling Zane. Austin arrives angry, then confronts Zane at home and pins him against a wall before the police intervene.
Zane does not retaliate and later decides not to press charges. Austin is allowed to leave with a warning and tells the family he does not want Zane to contact them again. Marilyn confesses that she reached out to him, and Alf questions her decision.
Amelia and David have been enjoying their new relationship, but Lacey wants it to stop. She confronts Amelia, later apologises and manages a more civil exchange with her.
David and Amelia keep seeing each other, although he cancels a dinner date after she has dressed for the occasion.
Mackenzie learns that all the embryos she and Levi had stored have been destroyed. Levi then discovers that surgery on his injured hand is no longer an option because too much scar tissue has formed. Mackenzie struggles to add to his worries, but eventually tells him about the clinic’s email.
