Hollyoaks spoilers: Sienna is drawn into the secret behind Ste's disappearance
Sienna Blake finally gets a real lead in the search for Ste Hay next week, after overhearing Cindy and Lucas and learning what they have been keeping quiet.
Sienna Blake has spent months searching for answers about Ste Hay's disappearance in Hollyoaks, but the investigation is now moving into dangerous territory as Imran's secrets threaten to catch up with him.
Ste vanished from a shopping centre during the summer, leaving his family and friends desperate to discover what happened. Viewers have since learned that Imran was responsible for his kidnapping, although those closest to Ste have struggled to establish the full truth.
Sienna has been particularly determined to find her missing friend, refusing to accept that he could simply disappear without an explanation. Her involvement has already brought her into contact with Cindy and Lucas, who know more about Imran's actions than they initially admitted.
How Sienna became involved in Ste's disappearance
One of the earliest developments in the search came when a video supposedly showing Ste appeared on James Nightingale's laptop in September.

Rather than accepting the footage as genuine, Sienna and James established that it had been faked, raising further questions about who was trying to mislead them and why.
Sienna subsequently discovered that Cindy and Lucas were withholding information about Ste's disappearance. When she interrupted one of their conversations, they were forced to explain what they knew and showed her a photograph of a map connected to Imran.
The discovery provided another potential lead, but it also exposed just how complicated the investigation had become, particularly with Cindy's own history involving the man responsible.
Cindy and Imran's past comes back to haunt them
Recent Hollyoaks episodes have explored the relationship between Cindy and Imran, including a flashback to their unexpected romance in California.

Their connection developed into something considerably darker, with a revenge plot that eventually resulted in Ste being held captive and James becoming implicated in events surrounding his disappearance.
Cindy's involvement has left her in an increasingly difficult position. Although she has attempted to persuade Imran to tell the truth, her knowledge of what happened could now bring serious consequences.
For Sienna, the situation is especially personal because Ste is one of her closest friends. She has already encountered false information during the investigation, and discovering how many people were keeping secrets has only made the search more complicated.
Lucas takes the truth to the police
The next major development comes on Tuesday 3 November, when Lucas heads to the police station to tell Donny the truth about Imran.
At the same time, Cindy tracks Imran down and begs him to come clean, with their troubled relationship approaching another difficult turning point.
The situation becomes even more serious on Wednesday 4 November when Cindy is questioned by police following recent events.
Her questioning raises further concerns about how much she knew and whether her attempts to protect herself or Imran could affect the investigation into Ste's disappearance.
Meanwhile, Leah returns hoping to rebuild her relationship with Imran, unaware of the full extent of what he has been hiding. She worries that he may still have feelings for Cindy, but the truth surrounding Ste presents a far more serious problem.
The unanswered question is whether Lucas's decision to approach Donny will finally provide the breakthrough Ste's family needs, particularly now that Imran is facing pressure from several directions.
Sienna's determination to find her friend has already drawn her into the mystery, but it is Lucas and Cindy who now appear central to the next stage of the investigation.
