Hollyoaks Frankie gets unexpected career idea after Leah fall

Frankie could be given an unexpected new direction in Hollyoaks after the way she responds to Leah’s frightening fall catches Nancy’s attention.

The dramatic scenes unfold after Leah hears Lucas make a troubling admission and tells him to stay away from her. Moments later, Leah falls down the steps, leaving Frankie horrified when she rushes outside and finds her unconscious.

Frankie immediately calls for help, bringing Misbah and Gemma to the scene as they respond to the emergency.

Lucas watches what is happening in horror before eventually fleeing and turning to Xander for help getting away from the village.

Nancy sees a different side to Frankie

While Leah’s condition becomes the immediate concern, Frankie’s actions during the emergency appear to make a lasting impression on Nancy.

Nancy raises an idea Frankie may not have considered before and suggests that nursing could be a possible career for her.

It gives Frankie something very different to think about at a time when much of her recent life has been dominated by family problems and difficult experiences.

Could nursing become Frankie’s next big storyline?

Frankie does not provide Leah’s medical treatment herself, with Misbah and Gemma stepping in once help arrives.

What appears to stand out to Nancy is Frankie’s instinct to react quickly when somebody needs assistance.

For now, Nancy has simply planted the idea. The question is whether Frankie will brush it aside or begin to see a future for herself that she had never previously considered.
