Hollyoaks Dee Dee steals from Tony for secret Abigail date

Dee Dee takes a major risk in Hollyoaks next week as her growing connection with Abigail leads her to steal money from Tony.

Abigail initially offers Dee Dee some extra tuition, but it soon becomes clear that there is something more developing between them when they arrange their first date at a play in Manchester.

There is just one problem. Dee Dee needs money to make the trip happen. Rather than tell Tony the truth, she takes money from her dad, adding another secret to an already complicated situation at home.

Her behaviour is beginning to worry the family for other reasons too. Concerns are raised that Dee Dee could be relapsing, while she privately approaches Sienna with questions about attraction to women as she tries to make sense of her feelings.

Tensions then escalate when Ant becomes aggressive and Dee Dee lashes out. Tony is left dealing with the fallout, but Dee Dee still does not admit what is really going on and instead lies to him.

She later shares an unexpected moment with Kathleen-Angel when the pair realise they are both hiding something significant. Neither reveals their secret, leaving both teenagers facing very different situations alone.

For Dee Dee, the stakes are now getting higher. Her first date with Abigail is approaching, Tony does not know why his money has disappeared and the pressure at home continues to build.
