Hollyoaks’ Cindy Cunningham moves in with Abigail after dramatic return

Cindy Cunningham is ready to make a fresh start following her dramatic return to Hollyoaks as she makes a major decision about where she wants to live.

After arriving back in the village, Cindy quickly finds herself under growing pressure from those around her. Nancy is determined to discover why she has returned, while Beth also wants answers after the pair’s difficult history.

As the questions continue, Cindy decides she wants to leave the Osborne house behind and begins looking for a new place to stay.

The perfect opportunity soon presents itself when she discovers newcomer Abigail is living in her old flat.

Seeing the chance to start again, Cindy offers to become Abigail’s roommate, creating an unexpected new living arrangement for the pair.

However, moving out does not mean the questions disappear. Nancy refuses to give up on uncovering the truth and continues searching for answers, while Beth is equally determined to find out what Cindy is hiding.

Eventually, the pressure becomes too much. With Nancy and Beth both refusing to back down, Cindy reaches breaking point and finally reveals the real reason she has returned to the village.

Exactly how Nancy and Beth react remains to be seen, but Cindy’s confession looks certain to change the direction of her comeback.

Away from the confrontation, Cindy and Abigail begin settling into life as flatmates and spend some time getting to know one another. Their first outing together takes them to the park kiosk for a coffee, where they unexpectedly interrupt Maddox and Dee Dee after the pair have slept together for the first time.

The new living arrangement marks the beginning of a fresh chapter for both women. Abigail is still finding her feet in the village, while Cindy is trying to rebuild her life after making her long awaited return. With the pair now sharing a home, viewers can expect to see much more of their growing friendship in the weeks ahead.
