Emmerdale spoilers 11 to 16 October as Sadie targets Caleb
Sadie targets Caleb for Joe as Vinny faces court, Samson’s return divides the Dingles and Aaron receives a mysterious set of keys.
Sadie King steps deeper into Joe Tate’s plans in Emmerdale as she is tasked with getting close to the Miligans and eventually sets her sights on Caleb.
Laurel Thomas is furious when she spots Sadie sitting in the pub and wastes no time tearing a strip off her. Sadie later tells Ruby Miligan about a previous controlling relationship and appears pleased with herself afterwards, smiling as she believes she has successfully reeled Ruby in.
Joe then gives Sadie a much bigger task. He wants her to spy on the Miligans and obtain evidence that could destroy them. Sadie is initially uncertain, but her desperation eventually wins out.

Her opportunity to learn more arrives when Vanessa Woodfield accidentally lets a secret slip. Sadie immediately pushes for more detail before attempting to catch Caleb alone. However, she soon realises that seducing him could be far more difficult than she expected.
Joe is also causing concern elsewhere. Thea Ramsden brings him back to Home Farm drunk, where Kim Tate thanks her for being lenient with him. Joe later appears carrying a brown briefcase as he clearly begins putting another plot into motion.

Aaron Dingle is left confused when an emotional Gabby Thomas and Laurel hand him a set of keys. Robert Sugden arrives and privately explains everything before promising that he will stop scheming once the deal has gone through. Later, Robert is confident Claudette Anderson is not as good as people say, but could he be about to find himself proved wrong?

Vinny Dingle also faces an emotional week. Mandy invites him home for tea and he is amazed to find the family gathered there to support him ahead of his court date. Mandy and Paddy later try to reassure a worried Vinny that he will be back with them in no time, although he remains visibly scared when he reaches court. Mandy is subsequently left struggling.

Cain Dingle is meanwhile unimpressed by the meagre family turnout at Zak’s memorial. Sam and Lydia grow increasingly excited about Samson’s return from prison, but Sam decides to keep the news from Cain after seeing his bad mood.
Samson’s impending return reopens emotional wounds for Matty Barton, with battle lines drawn between Moira and Sam and Lydia. Tensions worsen because Matty has moved into the room they had earmarked for Samson, while Moira’s meddling adds to the strain.

Eventually, Matty appears downstairs carrying a suitcase. Moira pleads with him not to move out, but Matty tells her she needs to forgive Samson.
Nicola King is also grateful for Bob Hope’s support, although Bob has received bad news of his own.
