Emmerdale Recap and Coming Up – Will Belle Face Tom as Sam Turns on Cain?

Emmerdale’s families faced betrayal, relationship troubles and difficult decisions last week, with Caleb and Sadie’s actions causing further problems and Belle becoming concerned about another woman’s relationship.

Here’s what happened from 2–5 November and what’s coming up in the three episodes scheduled for 9–11 November.

What happened last week?

Caleb became convinced Ruby had spent the night with Ross after Sadie deliberately manipulated the situation. Believing his marriage was over, Caleb slept with Sadie before discovering Ruby had actually stayed elsewhere.

When Caleb realised he had been misled, he ordered Sadie to leave his home, although getting rid of her proved far from straightforward.

Robert continued developing his plans for the Smokehouse, offering Marlon an opportunity that threatened to take him away from the Woolpack. Charity was furious, while Aaron also became caught up in the disagreement.

Belle grew concerned about Caz and Jordan’s relationship, but her attempts to help ended badly when Caz rejected her concerns and dismissed her as wedding planner.

Meanwhile, Kammy discovered a disturbing wreath addressed to Belle, raising fears about Tom. Cain urged him to keep quiet, while Nicola shared an unexpectedly emotional conversation with Kev.

What’s coming up this week?

Sam receives devastating news that Samson has assaulted someone in prison and will not be coming home as planned.

When Cain’s involvement in arranging an attack on Tom is exposed, Sam accuses his brother and Moira of never forgiving Samson for what happened to Matty. Their confrontation turns violent before Sam breaks down in tears.

Belle fears Tom could use the attack as another reason to target her. Despite Kammy’s concerns, she decides to visit her abusive former husband in hospital.

Elsewhere, Robert offers Kev a cooking trial at the Smokehouse and is impressed enough to give him a job. Lewis is delighted, although Aaron is less enthusiastic.

Kim continues building her relationship with Thea, eventually publicly acknowledging her as her daughter at the Woolpack. Joe and Graham remain suspicious of the newcomer.

Caleb also attempts to sabotage Sadie’s work for Ruby, but his plan backfires when Ruby praises her. Sadie, meanwhile, is keeping hold of evidence from her night with Caleb.

With the Dingles divided and Belle preparing to face Tom, can the family find a way forward?
