Charity Dingle's long awaited confrontation with Dr Caitlin Todd delivers one of the most emotional moments in the current Emmerdale storyline, but the biggest surprise may come from someone who is never expected to be there.

After finding the strength to face the woman who sexually assaulted her, Charity finally says everything she has been carrying for months. Todd refuses to accept responsibility, denies the assault and attempts to intimidate Charity by threatening legal action. However, before the confrontation reaches its conclusion, viewers learn that somebody has secretly overheard the exchange.
