Emmerdale fans ask where Graham has taken Baby Tate after shock exit
Emmerdale fans are asking where Graham has taken Baby Tate after he walked out of Home Farm carrying Joe’s son in Thursday’s episode.
Emmerdale fans have been left with one big question after Thursday’s episode. Where exactly has Graham taken Baby Tate?
Joe remained determined to go ahead with having his son adopted despite desperate attempts from Kim and Graham to change his mind. When Joe and Graham returned to Home Farm with the baby, Kim initially hoped Joe had finally reconsidered, only to discover he had brought his son back so she could say goodbye.

Graham had already given Joe an ultimatum, warning that he would walk out of his life if the adoption went ahead. Joe refused to back down, and Graham followed through on his threat.
But the way Graham actually left has sparked a new theory. Graham walked out of Home Farm physically carrying Baby Tate.

Before leaving, he told Kim to look after Joe and herself, appearing to say goodbye before departing with the little boy in his arms. Emmerdale has not yet explained where Graham takes the baby after leaving Home Farm, and viewers immediately noticed the unanswered detail.
One viewer predicted: “£100 on Graham is secretly raising the baby somewhere, right up until Joe changes his mind.”
Another agreed with the theory, while somebody else suggested a different possibility, writing: “My money is on he's given him to Jamie for the time being.”

That does not mean Graham has secretly stopped the adoption. Nothing shown in Thursday’s episode confirms that he intends to raise Baby Tate himself, and Joe has remained clear that he wants the adoption to proceed.
However, Graham being the person who actually walks away carrying the baby has understandably made viewers suspicious about what happens next. There is also a potential problem with the secret plan theory.
Graham knows how devastated Kim is about losing Baby Tate, yet he leaves without telling her he intends to keep the child close by. If he were secretly planning to care for the baby until Joe changed his mind, allowing Kim to believe she had lost him would be particularly difficult to explain.
That has led to other possibilities being discussed, including Graham taking Baby Tate somewhere temporarily while the adoption process continues or arranging for somebody else to care for him. For now, none of those theories has been confirmed.
What Emmerdale has established is that Graham has kept his promise to leave Joe, and he has walked out of Home Farm with Baby Tate in his arms.
With his destination deliberately left unexplained on screen, viewers will now be watching closely to discover whether Graham really has said goodbye to the Tates or whether he has one final plan for Joe’s son.
