The week begins with Cassie hoping her relationship with Steve McDonald is moving in the right direction. Instead, she finds herself facing heartbreak, rejection and a moment of impulsive behaviour that she almost immediately regrets.

With major family revelations also looming on the horizon, it quickly becomes one of the most difficult periods Cassie has faced since arriving back in Weatherfield.

Neither decision is particularly surprising when viewed through that lens.

Could This Be Part Of Cassie’s Exit Story?
