Five huge Home and Away stories dominate 7–11 September 2026 as Eden battles illness, Beau returns and Sonny risks losing Dana for good.
Five major stories dominate Home and Away between 7 and 11 September, with some of Summer Bay’s strongest relationships pushed to breaking point.
Eden’s health battle deepens. Blood transfusions begin as Eden starts treatment for aplastic anaemia. Cash, Levi, Abigail, Mackenzie and Remi all struggle differently with the news, while Eden privately admits she is scared about what lies ahead.
Beau returns to Summer Bay. Harper’s attempt to feel safe is shattered when her location-sharing app suddenly shows Beau nearby. Police cannot act on the app alone, leaving Harper preparing to take Archie somewhere safer while Tane decides to take a far more proactive approach.
Tane turns the tables on Beau. Tane uses Harper’s phone to pretend she wants to meet Beau. The dangerous plan eventually brings Beau out of hiding, allowing police to finally arrest him after he attempts to flee.
Sonny loses Dana. Steroid withdrawal becomes unbearable and Sonny retrieves another supply. Dana catches him before he can hide what he has done and decides that the latest betrayal has destroyed whatever trust remained between them.
David and Amelia take another step forward. David initially thinks Amelia has stood him up, only to discover she has been caught up treating Eden. Their delayed date ends on the beach, where Amelia admits she may not want to leave Summer Bay after all.
There is also progress for Zane as Alf slowly begins allowing him into his life. A deliberately awkward family lunch eventually leads Alf to invite Zane to help at the bait shop, while Zane later prepares for his first wage and starts thinking about what independence could finally look like.
The week therefore mixes major danger with some important new beginnings. Beau may finally be facing justice, but Eden’s treatment and Sonny’s recovery ensure Summer Bay remains far from settled.
