Home and Away Top 10 Spoilers for 14–18 September 2026

Home and Away packs several major turning points into 14–18 September 2026, with relationships ending, others beginning and one family desperately searching for a way to help Eden. These are the ten biggest developments coming up across Summer Bay.

1. Dana ends things with Sonny. Dana decides the repeated lies have exhausted her and confirms that their relationship is over. She later tells him she is moving out completely.

2. Harper decides to leave Summer Bay. Harper believes disappearing with Archie may be the only way to protect him from Beau in the future. Tane desperately argues that he can protect them, but Harper refuses to risk her son’s safety.

3. Dana leaves with Harper. Dana decides her sister once came to Summer Bay to help her, so now it is her turn to return the favour. Their departure leaves Sonny, John and Tane devastated.

4. Eden needs another transfusion. Her symptoms return sooner than doctors expected and Amelia reveals Eden’s red blood cell count remains low. Immunosuppressant treatment also leaves her more vulnerable to infection.

5. A stem cell transplant offers new hope. Amelia explains that siblings are usually the best chance of finding a donor match. The Fowler family immediately rallies around Eden.

6. Abigail cannot donate. Her IV drug use within the previous five years makes her ineligible. Abigail is devastated that her past now prevents her helping Eden in the way she desperately wants.

7. Levi risks his own recovery for Eden. Levi considers delaying his hand surgery so he can potentially donate. Eden initially refuses to let him jeopardise his future before eventually agreeing he should at least be tested.

8. David and Amelia finally kiss. Their growing attraction becomes impossible to ignore during an intimate night together. David then panics and abruptly walks away without explaining himself.

9. David removes his wedding ring. After confronting his guilt over moving on from his late wife, David takes off the ring for the first time since her death. Lacey immediately realises Amelia is behind the change.

10. Zane writes to his victim. Zane admits he does not know whether he deserves the trust he has been given while his victim still suffers. Marilyn encourages him to put his guilt into words, eventually leading him to send an apology letter.
