Home and Away Spoilers 7–11 September 2026: Eden Fights for Her Life as Beau Returns

Home and Away delivers another huge week in Summer Bay as Eden begins treatment for aplastic anaemia, Beau makes a dangerous return and Sonny’s attempts to rebuild his life suffer another devastating setback.

Eden remains in hospital as Amelia begins blood transfusions to help stabilise her condition. Abigail initially feels relieved to learn her sister does not have cancer, but Levi quickly makes clear that aplastic anaemia can still be extremely serious. Eden later admits she is scared, while Cash struggles privately with the reality that his wife is seriously ill.

Elsewhere, David’s romance with Amelia finally gathers momentum after he initially believes she has stood him up. Once he realises Eden’s emergency kept Amelia at work, the pair eventually share fish and chips on the beach, where Amelia admits Summer Bay is becoming increasingly difficult to leave behind.

Harper and Tane’s fears over Beau soon become terrifyingly real. Harper checks her location-sharing app and discovers Beau has returned to Summer Bay despite the AVO, forcing her and Archie to prepare to leave for somewhere safer.

Tane decides running is not enough and secretly uses Harper’s phone to lure Beau into a trap. The plan eventually works, with Beau arriving expecting Harper before finding Tane waiting instead and police closing in around him.

Sonny’s recovery also falls apart when steroid withdrawal becomes unbearable. Dana catches him with steroids after he retrieves another supply, and despite Sonny later flushing the remaining pills away, Dana decides she cannot trust him anymore and ends their relationship.

By the end of the week, Sonny is desperate for another chance and Dana reluctantly agrees to talk. Their fragile reconciliation is immediately tested when she sees him taking pills, only to discover they are painkillers for withdrawal headaches.

Meanwhile, Zane continues trying to build a normal life as Alf gradually softens towards him. With his first pay approaching and his new job going well, Zane finally appears to be finding his place in Summer Bay.
