Home and Away Spoilers 24–28 August: Secrets Finally Explode

Secrets that have been simmering beneath the surface finally begin coming out in Home and Away from 24–28 August, leaving Sonny, Zane, Harper and several other Summer Bay residents facing consequences they can no longer avoid.

Monday 24 August

Zane’s biggest secret finally comes out when Alf pushes him to explain exactly why he went to prison. He reveals that a burglary committed as a teenager ended with a young girl being badly injured after he struck her with a bat.

At the same time, Sonny keeps his own secret firmly buried. He denies knowing anything useful about the gym steroid operation despite Dana knowing he previously bought steroids.

Tuesday 25 August

Zane’s honesty does not immediately make life easier in Summer Bay. His Diner trial becomes increasingly uncomfortable before he overhears Leah admitting she only employed him because Marilyn pressured her.

Elsewhere, Amelia reveals that she plans to leave the Bay following the awkwardness with David. Jo suspects David’s feelings are more complicated than he claims and refuses to let the situation go unquestioned.

Wednesday 26 August

Levi reveals a fear he has been keeping from his family when he tells Mackenzie his injury could prevent him performing basic medical procedures. Losing the fine motor skills in his hand could threaten everything he has worked towards.

Marilyn also reaches breaking point over Zane’s departure and quits the Diner. Amelia, however, decides to remain after Jo forces her to reconsider the impact she has had on David.

Thursday 27 August

Remi finally gets the answer he feared when he confronts Sonny about continuing to deal for Beau. Sonny freezes, effectively confirming Remi’s suspicions, and Beau later has Remi violently attacked.

Dana’s world begins collapsing when she overhears Eden blaming Sonny for what happened. Harper is meanwhile forced further under Beau’s control as he threatens her and demands that she support his alibi.

Friday 28 August

Sonny stops hiding and tells Cash the full story, resulting in charges for possession and supply. Dana is devastated by months of lies and cannot be certain their relationship can survive.

Harper also learns the truth about Beau’s involvement and prepares to run. Cash brings Beau in for questioning, but Beau remains confident Harper will back his story, unaware that she is becoming increasingly desperate to escape him.

Home and Away airs weekdays on Channel 5 in the UK and streams on 5. SoapLandTV’s coverage follows the UK broadcast, while Australia is further ahead, meaning some storylines and developments may already have aired for Australian viewers.
