Home and Away Spoilers 21–25 September 2026: Zane’s Crushing Letter, Eden Donor Blow and David’s New Romance

Home and Away delivers another emotional week from 21–25 September 2026, with Zane receiving a devastating response from the family of his victim, Eden’s stem cell search suffering more setbacks and David taking a major step forward with Amelia. Elsewhere, Sonny attempts to rebuild his life while Tane struggles with Harper and Archie settling further away from Summer Bay.

Zane begins the week on a high after qualifying for his learner plates, but his mood changes dramatically when Restorative Justice sends paperwork relating to Heidi. The documents reveal that his victim continues to live with a profound brain injury, while a brutal handwritten message makes clear that her family will never forgive him.

Marilyn tries to support Zane as he processes the extent of the damage he caused, but even she begins to realise that further contact may not help. David later advises them to respect the family’s wishes, and Zane eventually accepts that reaching out was the wrong decision.

Eden’s aplastic anaemia battle remains equally serious. She is allowed to leave hospital under strict isolation conditions, but doctors warn that even a simple infection could become life-threatening because of her weakened immune system.

The donor search also brings more bad news. Cash, Eden’s parents and eventually Levi are all confirmed as unsuitable stem cell matches, leaving Eden trying to remain hopeful while privately admitting how much she wanted her big brother to be able to save her.

David and Amelia meanwhile move rapidly forward after the tensions with Lacey begin to settle. Amelia gives David the address of her motel room, he spends the night there, and the pair later share another romantic kiss as David confirms he wants their relationship to continue.

Sonny also begins trying to rebuild after losing Dana. Remi decides to move in with him, Sonny works on his CV and eventually lands work at Salt, although Tane still refuses to forgive him for the events that led to Harper leaving with Archie.

The week ends with Eden reunited with her father, Jimmy, during a carefully managed family picnic. Cash tries to stay positive, but privately admits the terrifying truth that after losing so much of his family already, he cannot bear the thought of losing Eden too.
