Home and Away spoilers 2–6 November 2026 as relationships reach breaking point
Home and Away spoilers for 2–6 November 2026 as Cash struggles over Eden, Lacey takes a chance with Dylan and Justin repairs his friendship with David.
Several relationships come under pressure in next week's Home and Away, with characters finding that supporting the people they love is not always straightforward.
Cash struggles to cope with Eden's worsening condition, while Lacey and Dylan face an awkward start to their romance. Elsewhere, Tane worries about his relationship with Archie, and David and Justin finally confront their differences.
Cash risks pushing away the people trying to help

Cash has been determined to find ways of helping Eden through her illness, including speaking to Melanie through an online support group.
Eden initially appears positive during another blood transfusion, discussing future anniversary plans with Cash. Abigail and Remi later visit, while Cash prepares a meal using Melanie's recipe and hopes to arrange a meeting between the two women.

However, Eden becomes seriously unwell after struggling to pour herself a glass of water. Cash rushes her to hospital, where Doctor Pope discovers that she has suffered a bad reaction to her transfusion.
Chelation therapy is offered as another treatment option, but Eden wants Cash beside her before making a decision.
Overwhelmed, Cash leaves the hospital and tries contacting Melanie, only to discover that she has died. The news leaves him frightened about Eden's chances, and he begins drinking.
Remi attempts to persuade Cash to return, but is told to leave. Cash eventually contacts Gary, who arrives and makes it clear that his place is beside Eden.

Meanwhile, Eden agrees to begin treatment but becomes increasingly distressed by her husband's absence. She attempts to discharge herself before Cash and Gary arrive.
Cash promises not to leave her again, asking Eden what she wants to do with the time they have together.
The situation also creates tension between Gary and Remi. When Gary suggests that Remi is not family, Remi takes the criticism badly and later expresses his frustration to Tane.
Lacey tries to move forward with Dylan
Lacey decides to give dating another chance after struggling with Theo's death, although Jo and Amelia disagree about whether she is ready.
Amelia encourages Lacey, while Jo worries that her sister is putting herself under too much pressure.

At Salt, Lacey and Dylan initially enjoy their evening, but Lacey drinks too much wine and becomes increasingly flirtatious.
Dylan grows uncomfortable, prompting Sonny and Jo to intervene and offer to take Lacey home. Once there, she becomes sick, reinforcing Jo's belief that the date happened too soon.

Dylan later tells Sonny that he genuinely likes Lacey and wants to take things slowly. David is pleased that his daughter has made an effort to move forward, despite her difficult evening.
The disagreement between Jo and Amelia continues, with Jo unwilling to accept that encouraging Lacey was the right decision.
Richie and Abigail find support in each other
Richie continues struggling to secure paid employment, leaving Abigail determined to help him find an opportunity.

She approaches Mali and Tane, but neither has work available. Mali is also conscious of how employing Richie might affect Lacey.
Richie focuses on his Bronze Medallion training instead, although John's demanding approach means he has plenty to prove.
During a physical assessment, Richie stops to help another participant who has fallen. John is impressed, later confirming that Richie has passed this part of the course.

Richie also completes his online modules in one night, demonstrating his commitment to the training.
However, Eden's worsening health leaves Abigail struggling emotionally. Richie puts his own achievements aside to support her, while showing understanding of the enormous pressure Cash is facing.
Tane struggles with fatherhood from a distance
Tane's separation from Archie becomes more difficult when Harper calls to say their son has fallen from a swing at daycare and been taken to hospital.
Tane is hurt that Dana was contacted before him, even though he understands the reasons. He tells Alf that he wants to be present when Archie needs him, rather than hearing about emergencies from several hours away.

Alf attempts to help by discussing Martha, but Tane loses his temper. He later apologises after Mali reminds him that distance does not prevent him from being a good father.
Tane also tries to support Cash during Eden's medical crisis. However, Cash angrily rejects his concern, leaving Tane to hope that Gary can help.
Justin and David put their disagreement behind them
Justin remains uncomfortable about Richie staying with him and Leah, knowing it has caused tension with David.
He initially avoids David, believing Amelia has made it clear that he should give his friend space.
However, David discovers what Amelia said and confronts her about interfering. Amelia acknowledges that she overstepped, and the couple agree to trust each other when handling difficult situations.

Leah encourages Justin to approach David directly. Justin visits with beers, and the two men finally repair their friendship while watching football together.
Their reconciliation comes as Amelia faces uncertainty about her own future. With Levi preparing to return to the emergency department, she may need to take another placement away from Summer Bay.
David is pleased that their relationship has progressed, particularly after spending the night together and resolving their first disagreement, but Amelia's work situation could complicate their plans.
