Home and Away Spoilers 14–18 September 2026: Eden’s Donor Fight and David’s Kiss Drama
Home and Away spoilers for 14–18 September 2026 reveal Dana and Harper’s exit, Eden’s donor search, Zane’s guilt and David’s romance crisis
Home and Away delivers another major week from Monday 14 to Friday 18 September 2026, with two emotional departures, a desperate search to save Eden and a new romance threatening to divide David’s family. Elsewhere, Zane confronts the darkest part of his past while Sonny is left facing the consequences of losing Dana.
Dana finally ends her relationship with Sonny after deciding she cannot recover from the repeated lies. When Harper confirms she plans to leave Summer Bay with Archie to escape the possibility of Beau returning in the future, Dana makes a huge decision of her own and chooses to leave with her sister.
The goodbyes are painful for everyone involved. John breaks down as Dana says farewell, while Tane struggles with the reality that Archie is leaving and later directs his anger towards Sonny.
Eden’s aplastic anaemia battle also takes a worrying turn when her symptoms return faster than expected after her transfusion. Immunosuppressant treatment begins, another transfusion is required and doctors then raise the possibility of a stem cell transplant.
Finding a suitable donor proves complicated. Abigail is devastated to learn her previous IV drug use makes her ineligible, while Levi faces his own problem because his upcoming hand surgery could prevent him donating.
Away from the hospital, David and Amelia’s attraction finally leads to their first kiss. The romantic breakthrough quickly becomes painful when David abruptly walks away and later admits he still feels guilt about moving on after the death of his wife.
Lacey struggles badly with her father’s new relationship and ultimately tells Amelia to stay away from him. David refuses to give up and makes clear that he wants to discover where things with Amelia could lead.
Zane also takes a huge emotional step after admitting he feels guilty that his victim is still suffering while he rebuilds his own life. With Marilyn’s encouragement, he begins writing an apology letter and eventually posts it, although Leah privately questions whether contacting his victim was the right thing to do.
