Home and Away Relationship Spoilers 7–11 September 2026: Breakups, Romance and Second Chances
Home and Away relationship spoilers for 7–11 September 2026 reveal Dana and Sonny’s split, David and Amelia romance and major family tension.
Relationships take centre stage in Home and Away between 7 and 11 September, with one couple breaking apart while another finally appears ready to move forward.
Dana and Sonny face the most dramatic week after Sonny’s steroid withdrawal pushes him back towards the drugs he promised to leave behind. Dana catches him with another bottle and reaches the point where apologies are no longer enough.

She later moves her belongings out and tells Sonny their relationship is over. Sonny is left devastated, but Remi refuses to abandon him and becomes the person keeping him focused on recovery.
By the end of the week, Dana agrees to hear Sonny out after speaking with Remi. She admits she is willing to try working through their problems, but the fragility of their trust becomes obvious when she panics after seeing Sonny taking tablets, only to learn they are ordinary painkillers.

David and Amelia move in the opposite direction. David initially fears Amelia has ignored their date, but after discovering Eden’s hospital emergency kept her busy, the pair finally find time for each other.
Their beach picnic becomes a major romantic moment when Amelia confesses she is starting to feel reluctant to leave Summer Bay. David is clearly pleased, although Lacey still needs time to adjust to the possibility of Amelia becoming a permanent part of her father’s life.

Elsewhere, Harper and Tane grow even closer as he takes extraordinary steps to protect her from Beau. Harper later admits that even Beau being imprisoned may not restore the sense of safety she has lost.
Alf and Zane also begin developing a relationship of their own. Alf remains cautious, but invitations to work together and small pieces of advice suggest Zane is finally beginning to earn a place in his life.
Some relationships strengthen while others almost collapse completely, making this one of the most emotionally significant weeks Summer Bay has faced in some time.
Home and Away airs weekdays on Channel 5 in the UK and streams on 5. SoapLandTV’s coverage follows the UK broadcast, while Australia is further ahead, meaning some storylines and developments may already have aired for Australian viewers.
