Home and Away 8 Explosive Spoilers for 21–25 September 2026: Motel Passion, Brutal Rejection and Donor Disaster

Home and Away delivers eight major developments from 21–25 September 2026, with David and Amelia taking their romance much further, Zane receiving a devastating answer from his victim’s family and Eden’s donor search suffering another crushing setback. Sonny also begins rebuilding his life as Tane’s anger over Archie refuses to disappear.

1. David arrives at Amelia’s motel room. After repairing things with Lacey, David makes clear that he still wants to pursue the relationship. Amelia secretly enters her motel address into his phone, and David later turns up at her door as both anticipate what comes next.

2. David and Amelia spend the night together. The pair become intimate and enjoy a relaxed morning after, before David makes sure he returns home to check on Jo and Lacey. Their romance continues with another kiss near the beach as they agree they want to keep moving forward.

3. Eden leaves hospital under strict conditions. Amelia agrees she can go home, but the risk of infection remains frighteningly high. Eden and Cash must isolate, and even family visits become too dangerous to allow.

4. Levi is ruled out as Eden’s donor. Cash and Eden’s parents have already failed to match, leaving hopes resting heavily on Levi. His test also comes back negative, and Eden admits she had been desperate for her big brother to provide the answer.

5. Tane discovers Archie will live half a day away. John confirms Harper has secured a rental and Tane agrees to help with the move. He insists he does not blame Harper, but his anger towards Sonny becomes even harder to shift.

6. Remi walks out on Tane to support Sonny. After failing to persuade Tane to show Sonny more compassion, Remi decides to move out and become Sonny’s flatmate. He believes Sonny needs someone in his corner while trying to rebuild his life.

7. Sonny lands a job at Salt. Work on his CV starts paying off when Sonny helps an overwhelmed Mackenzie during a difficult shift. His effort earns him an unexpected second chance when Mackenzie tells him he is hired.

8. Zane receives the answer he feared. Restorative Justice sends medical reports detailing Heidi’s profound brain injury, alongside a message saying her family will never forgive him. Zane becomes angry and withdrawn before eventually accepting David’s advice that the family has said no and their wishes must be respected.

Week 39 pushes several characters into completely new territory. David embraces a new relationship, Sonny finally begins rebuilding his future and Zane is forced to accept that genuine remorse does not guarantee forgiveness.

For Eden and Cash, however, the uncertainty only grows. Jimmy’s arrival brings the family together again, but without a donor match and with Eden still dangerously vulnerable to infection, their biggest fight remains unresolved.
