Home and Away 7 Huge Spoilers for 14–18 September 2026: Exits, Donor Drama and First Kiss Fallout
Seven huge Home and Away spoilers for 14–18 September 2026 reveal emotional exits, Eden’s donor search, David’s kiss drama and Zane’s risky letter.
Home and Away delivers a huge week from 14–18 September 2026, with two characters preparing to leave Summer Bay, Eden facing a crucial new stage in her aplastic anaemia treatment and David’s growing feelings for Amelia triggering major family fallout. Zane also takes one of his biggest steps yet towards confronting his past, while Sonny is forced to rebuild his life after losing Dana.
1. Dana and Harper leave Summer Bay. Harper decides that staying in the Bay could eventually put Archie at risk once Beau is released from prison, despite Tane desperately insisting he can protect them. Dana then ends her relationship with Sonny and chooses to leave with her sister, resulting in heartbreaking goodbyes with John, Tane and Sonny.
2. Tane is devastated to lose Archie. Tane is forced to say goodbye to the little boy he considers his own before Harper leaves, and his heartbreak quickly turns to fury. He confronts Sonny over his part in the events that led to Harper leaving, with Remi forced to step in before things escalate.
3. Eden is offered hope through a stem cell transplant. Her symptoms return faster than expected after a transfusion, leading doctors to begin immunosuppressant therapy and order another transfusion. Amelia then reveals that a stem cell transplant could provide a possible route towards recovery, putting Eden’s siblings at the centre of the search for a donor.
4. Abigail and Levi face devastating donor setbacks. Abigail learns that her previous IV drug use within the past five years means she cannot donate, leaving her overwhelmed with guilt. Levi may be another possibility, but his upcoming hand surgery creates a huge dilemma when he considers delaying his own treatment to help Eden.
5. David and Amelia finally kiss. Their attraction becomes impossible to ignore during an intimate date, and Amelia makes the first move as the pair share their first kiss. David suddenly panics and walks away, later admitting that moving on still makes him feel disloyal to his late wife.
6. David removes his wedding ring. After talking through his guilt with Justin and apologising to Amelia, David finally takes off his wedding ring for the first time since his wife died. Lacey reacts badly when she realises what he has done and eventually tells Amelia to stay away, but David insists the relationship is worth fighting for.
7. Zane sends a deeply personal letter to his victim. Zane admits to Marilyn that he struggles with being trusted and allowed to rebuild his life while Heidi still lives with the consequences of what he did. Marilyn encourages him to write an apology, but after Zane posts the letter, Leah questions whether contacting his victim was really the right decision.
There is also a major development for Sonny when David reveals his charges are being dropped because of his cooperation against Beau. Sonny insists he is determined to turn his life around, but Tane refuses to accept his apology and makes clear that repairing his reputation in Summer Bay will take far more than avoiding prosecution.
Alf meanwhile finally agrees to travel to Merimbula for Martha’s birthday after Marilyn, Leah and Justin challenge his continued distrust of Zane. Even then, Alf remains cautious and asks Zane to promise he will keep doing the right thing, adding even more pressure to a young man already struggling with whether he truly deserves his second chance.
