Hollyoaks: Why Ste has become a suspect after Rex's murder

The fallout from Rex Gallagher's murder continues to send shockwaves through Hollyoaks, with Ste Hay finding himself at the centre of the police investigation as detectives work to uncover who was responsible.

Rex's death came after a turbulent period in his relationship with Ste. The couple had faced growing tension after secrets emerged, placing their future together in doubt. Although there had been signs they were beginning to repair the damage, events took a devastating turn when Rex was killed, leaving the village searching for answers.
