Hollyoaks spoilers 9 to 11 November as Caleb's seizure sparks disturbing drug mystery

Hollyoaks introduces a worrying mystery from Monday 9 to Wednesday 11 November 2026, as Caleb suffers a seizure following a family argument and Frankie makes a troubling discovery while investigating his condition.

Elsewhere, Vicky returns home from hospital, Sienna's attempt to find employment takes an uncomfortable turn, and Dee Dee faces pressure over the school play as Jack and Pearl prepare for their wedding.

Frankie discovers something suspicious

Frankie finds an excuse to see her ex-boyfriend Caleb, with unresolved feelings between them and his optimism about recovery raising hopes of a possible reconciliation.

However, Beth is unhappy when Maddox reveals plans to travel to Switzerland to meet his biological family, particularly when he admits that Caleb will accompany him. Beth confronts Caleb for encouraging the trip, but their argument takes a frightening turn when he suffers a seizure.

Frankie is completing hospital work experience when Caleb is brought in, leaving her horrified. Jonah appears concerned about his son but attempts to keep Frankie away, prompting her to secretly access Caleb's test results.

She discovers a suspicious drug in his bloodstream and later identifies it as an antidepressant. Darren advises her to approach the situation carefully, but when Frankie questions Caleb about taking strong medication, Jonah overhears and interrupts.

Maddox's complaints about Beth and Jonah's controlling behaviour add to Frankie's concerns, particularly when Caleb seems confused about why she believes he is taking antidepressants.

Accusations begin flying within the Keane household, with Jonah's subsequent claims leaving the family shaken.

Sienna faces questions about her past

Sienna has been spending increasing amounts of time around Tony, whose patience is wearing thin. Hoping to find her something else to occupy her time, he persuades Nancy to interview her for the school's vacant personal assistant position.

However, Abigail intervenes during the interview and questions Sienna about her criminal background, creating an uncomfortable situation.

Abigail is also pushing Dee Dee to audition for the leading role in the school play, although her enthusiasm is not shared by Dee Dee.

When auditions take place, Trina delivers an outstanding performance while Dee Dee deliberately sabotages her own chances.

Vicky returns home as wedding plans progress

There is welcome news for Vicky when she is discharged from hospital and returns home to Prince, who confesses his love and reminds her why continuing her recovery is so important.

Meanwhile, Jack and Pearl gather with family at The Hutch and announce that their wedding preparations are progressing, with their ceremony now just a few weeks away.

Their happy news provides a contrast to the growing uncertainty surrounding Caleb and the Keane family.

Hollyoaks is available to stream on Channel 4 and airs on E4, with new episodes released Monday to Wednesday.
