Hollyoaks spoilers 5–7 October Imran admits his love as Leah fights for her life
Imran reveals his feelings for Leah in Hollyoaks after her terrifying fall, while Lucas seeks an escape and police obtain evidence against Gemma.
Imran admits he still loves Leah in upcoming Hollyoaks scenes as she lies in hospital following a frightening fall. Supported by Misbah, he opens up about his feelings before Leah wakes to find him keeping vigil beside her.
Before the emergency, Imran joins Misbah and Gemma on a visit to Ste’s family. He comforts Leah when she takes a breather outside, while James insists he is being framed and Leah tells Lucas she believes James is innocent.
Gemma is furious with Lucas over a secret they share, making the visit uncomfortable. Leah then hears Lucas admit he is guilty and tells him to stay away from her.
When Leah falls down the steps, Frankie rushes from the shop and Lucas watches in horror. Frankie screams for help, bringing Misbah and Gemma into action as Leah lies unconscious.
Lucas runs away and asks Xander to help him get out of the village. Meanwhile, Mercedes calls Dodger with information about Gemma’s recent crimes with Jenson.
Challenged by Dodger, Jenson claims he is an undercover agent with evidence concerning Ste’s disappearance. Warren also makes an admission during a separate confrontation, getting the wrong end of the stick and confessing to sleeping with Gemma.
Mercedes confronts Gemma after discovering she has not been arrested. Dodger shares his concerns with Donny, before Jenson gives Mercedes voicemails containing Gemma’s admissions about crimes involving a cryptocurrency wallet, which provides access to digital money.
The recordings leave Donny struggling as he and Dodger decide to bring Gemma in. Misbah remains supportive of Gemma, dismissing the gossip as she resolves to go back to work.
The detectives arrive with an arrest warrant just after Gemma leaves, and their pursuit leads to a chase at the hospital. Elsewhere, Leah wakes with Imran still at her side.
Frankie’s actions also leave an impression on Nancy. Having seen how well she responded when Leah needed help, Nancy wonders whether nursing might be a future she would like to explore.
