Hollyoaks spoilers 21 to 23 September as Zack blows Ste mystery wide open
Mysterious Zack reappears after Ste’s disappearance and unsettles Leah before driving away with a framed photograph and a huge unanswered question.
The mystery surrounding Ste takes one of its biggest turns yet in upcoming Hollyoaks scenes when Zack suddenly reappears. He is already familiar from the shopping centre where Ste disappeared, immediately making his return significant.
Zack is first seen lurking in the bushes before approaching Leah. He tells her that he is a big fan, but his knowledge about her family quickly makes her uncomfortable and Jenson steps in.
Leah then faces an even more unsettling development when the top she wore the previous evening disappears. She fears somebody broke in during the night, although the spoilers do not confirm who was responsible or whether the incident is connected to Zack.
Meanwhile, Leela is increasingly stressed as she continues trying to find Ste. She and Leah comfort each other while the search continues, unaware of what Zack is doing nearby.
Zack is then seen with a framed photograph of Leah and Ste before driving away in a van. Hollyoaks leaves viewers with the major question of whether Ste could be in the back, but gives no answer about what Zack knows or how he is connected to the disappearance.
James is also questioning his own missing memories, while Jenson asks Imran to dig up information about Ste’s vanishing. With Zack now entering the story, the disappearance case is opening up in a dramatic new direction.
