Hollyoaks: Misbah begins warming to Leah but new concerns quickly emerge

Misbah has never hidden her concerns about Leah's relationship with Imran, but in upcoming Hollyoaks scenes there are signs that her opinion could finally be changing.

After struggling to accept Leah as part of the family, Misbah begins spending more time with her future daughter in law as wedding plans continue. Encouraged by Imran, the pair appear to put their differences aside, raising hopes that the family can move forward together.

Imran is determined to win his mum's approval and makes a thoughtful gesture in the hope of easing tensions. Alongside Leah, he also visits Mama Maalik for a reassuring conversation about their future, convinced that everyone can get behind the engagement.

For Misbah, it is a welcome change after weeks of worrying about the effect the relationship has had on her son. She has questioned whether Leah is truly the right person for Imran, particularly after feeling that his personality has changed since they got together.
