Hollyoaks James spirals as he questions role in Ste’s disappearance

James is left struggling with growing confusion in upcoming Hollyoaks scenes as he tries to make sense of the gaps in his memory from the time Ste disappeared. His uncertainty becomes increasingly difficult to ignore as he starts questioning what those missing moments could mean.

Earlier in the week, a worse for wear James admits to Leah that there are parts of that period he simply cannot remember. With Ste still missing, the gaps leave him unable to fully account for what happened around the time of the disappearance.

James later becomes driven mad with confusion as he desperately tries to remember whether he had anything to do with Ste vanishing. The spoilers do not confirm that he was involved, only that his missing memories leave him questioning himself.

His fears add another major strand to the ongoing mystery as several characters search for answers in different ways. While James is trying to recover his own memories, Jenson is also preparing to turn to Imran for help digging up information about Ste.

With the case continuing to widen and more questions emerging, James now finds himself caught directly inside the mystery. Whether his memory returns and gives him any answers remains to be seen.

Where to watch: Hollyoaks is available to stream from 7am Monday to Wednesday on Channel 4. You can also watch live on E4 at 7pm.
