Hollyoaks’ Frankie confronts Prince after Vicky’s worrying return
Vicky returns to Hollyoaks with Prince in poorer health, prompting Frankie to confront him as concern about her eating disorder grows.
Coming up on Hollyoaks, Vicky arrives home with Prince after spending time in Dubai. Their return brings immediate concern for Frankie, who recognises that her friend’s health has deteriorated rather than improved.
The couple have been visiting Prince’s son Theo, giving their time away a family purpose. However, being outside the village has not removed the difficulties Vicky has been facing.
Her eating disorder has already become a serious concern, affecting how those close to her understand changes in her health. For Frankie, seeing Vicky again provides a direct comparison with how she was before leaving.
That concern prompts Frankie to challenge Prince about what has happened during the trip. She questions how Vicky has been supported, placing him in an uncomfortable conversation as soon as they return.
Frankie’s anger reflects her fear for her friend, but it does not establish that Prince is solely responsible for Vicky’s condition. Her confrontation brings Vicky’s deteriorating health into the open and leaves Prince facing questions about their time away.
What is clear is that Frankie is unwilling to ignore what she sees. Rather than assume that returning together means the couple have been managing well, she raises the change directly.
Vicky’s homecoming therefore becomes another point at which her health is brought into focus. People who know her are noticing that she is struggling, making it harder for those concerns to go unaddressed.
For Frankie, the immediate priority is acknowledging that her friend needs support. Her response ensures that Prince and Vicky’s return cannot pass as an ordinary reunion when she is so worried about the condition Vicky is in.
