Emmerdale’s Jeff Hordley and Zoe Henry Launch Joint Instagram as Fans Get a Glimpse at Their Allotment Life

Emmerdale stars Jeff Hordley and Zoe Henry are giving fans a completely different glimpse into their lives away from the Dales after launching their own joint Instagram account.

The real life couple, who play Cain Dingle and Rhona Goskirk in Emmerdale, are sharing their love of gardening and growing their own produce through @jeffandzoe, taking followers behind the gate of their allotment.

Jeff and Zoe introduced their new venture by telling followers: “Welcome! Join us as we show you life on our allotment. We can’t wait to share it with you! Feel free to ask us questions, we might even have the answers!”

It certainly appears there is an appetite for seeing another side of the two Emmerdale favourites. Their joint Instagram has already attracted more than 200,000 followers, with videos showing what they grow, what they know and the reality of keeping an allotment going.

There has even been an Emmerdale visitor already. Danny Miller, who plays Cain’s nephew Aaron Dingle, has joined Jeff and Zoe at the allotment, bringing a little bit of the Dales to their new social media venture. With more of their co-stars already showing their support for the account, we will be watching to see who might turn up next.

Their dog Ronald is becoming something of a star too. Jeff and Zoe have joked about whether their followers simply want to see more of him, and judging by the reaction to his appearances so far, he could have some serious competition for the spotlight.

Jeff and Zoe have been married since 2003 after first meeting at drama school, and both joined Emmerdale in 2000. While millions know them as Cain and Rhona, their new account offers a much more relaxed look at something they clearly enjoy doing together away from filming.

And we have to admit, SoapLandTV are already loving Jeff and Zoe’s allotment antics! The homegrown produce, the Emmerdale visitors and, of course, Ronald have already won us over. We can’t wait for more.
