Emmerdale Spoilers 7-11 September: 6 Huge Reveals Ramsden, Charity and Nicola Cannot Escape

Emmerdale delivers a run of major revelations from 7-11 September, with DS Ramsden continuing to drive the investigation into Todd’s death while Charity, Nicola and Joe all find themselves facing very different battles.

Charity’s questioning leaves Sarah devastated

Sarah is already struggling after Todd’s funeral when Ramsden’s investigation brings another wave of emotional pressure. Charity is questioned over Todd’s death, and Sarah is left watching events move in a direction that could have devastating consequences for them both.

Ramsden’s case takes a major step forward

The investigation does not disappear after Charity’s questioning. By Wednesday, Charity is formally charged with Todd’s murder, taking the storyline into much more dangerous territory.

Charity continues insisting that the complete story has not yet come out. Ramsden’s investigation has nevertheless left her facing a frightening legal future, and Charity must confront the reality of being kept behind bars while everything outside continues without her.

Charity sends Cain a message

Charity decides there is something Cain needs to understand and turns to Mack for help. She asks him to retrieve her St Christopher pendant and deliver it to Cain, believing he will instantly recognise the significance of what she has done.

Cain is subsequently left reeling. Charity does not need to spell out the meaning because the pendant itself tells him enough, giving him another huge piece of the situation to process.

Jimmy’s missing money becomes Nicola’s nightmare

Nicola discovers Jimmy sold his shares in the haulage business before his death, but there is no obvious sign of the money. What initially appears to be one unanswered question quickly develops into something much bigger.

Caleb becomes nervous as Nicola keeps digging because he and Ruby were involved in persuading Jimmy to sell. Nicola then uncovers serious problems within Jimmy’s finances, including difficulties connected to the family home.

Joe makes a huge decision for his son

Joe remains overwhelmed following Dawn’s death while their newborn son receives care in the NICU. Kim accompanies him during a visit, and Joe eventually reaches an important decision concerning the baby’s future.

Whatever Joe chooses, his grief does not disappear. He continues struggling afterwards as he tries to accept that the family life he expected with Dawn has been taken away.

Lewis meanwhile remains excited about his relationship with Vinny, unaware that Vinny has already faced doubts surrounding their future. Across the village, secrets are becoming harder to contain, but Ramsden’s pursuit of the truth surrounding Todd remains one of the biggest threats hanging over everyone involved.
