Emmerdale spoilers 2–5 November 2026 with five big stories ahead in the village

Next week's Emmerdale brings a major betrayal, a furious confrontation at the Woolpack and fresh worries for Belle as several villagers find themselves dealing with unexpected problems.

Sadie's interference in Caleb and Ruby's marriage reaches a dangerous point, while Robert's plans for The Hide create tension with Charity. Here are five of the biggest stories ahead.

1. Sadie pushes Caleb and Ruby further apart

Sadie continues taking advantage of Caleb's suspicions about Ruby and Ross, encouraging him to believe his marriage is falling apart.

While drinking whisky together, Caleb becomes convinced that Ruby is involved with Ross and decides he has had enough.

He then sleeps with Sadie, betraying his wife while believing she has already been unfaithful.

Sadie later sets out to create another misunderstanding, flirting with Ross and persuading him to dance before swapping places with Ruby.

Caleb arrives just in time to see a drunken Ruby collapse against Ross, leaving him with another reason to question his wife's behaviour.

When Caleb confronts Ruby about the dance, she is embarrassed but becomes furious upon discovering that Sadie has suggested she spent the night with Ross.

Ruby challenges Sadie over her lies, forcing her to insist that she has only been trying to help.

Caleb subsequently orders Sadie to move out, although his decision comes after he has already slept with her.

Ruby now has serious doubts about Sadie's motives, while Caleb has created a problem that could prove even more damaging to his marriage.

2. Robert recruits two familiar faces for The Hide

Robert is pressing ahead with his plans for The Hide and decides that Marlon would be an ideal choice to lead the kitchen.

He approaches the experienced chef with the promise of creative freedom, offering him an opportunity to develop his own ideas as part of the new restaurant.

Marlon agrees to leave the Woolpack, while Mary also decides to take up a position working for Robert.

The double departure leaves Charity furious when Marlon and Mary admit that they are handing in their notices.

Feeling betrayed, she angrily confronts them before turning her attention to Robert and Aaron. The argument ends with Charity throwing the pair out of the pub, making it clear how unhappy she is about losing two members of her team.

Robert's recruitment plans may have caused an argument, but bringing Marlon and Mary on board gives The Hide an experienced team as the business takes shape.

3. Belle's concerns about another relationship go wrong

Belle becomes increasingly worried about Caz and Jordan after meeting them through her wedding work.

Her experiences with Tom have left her particularly sensitive to behaviour she finds concerning, and she wonders whether Caz might need someone to talk to.

Hoping to offer support, Belle invites Caz over and raises her concerns about the relationship. However, Caz reacts angrily and insists that she and Jordan are happy together.

She is so offended by Belle's suggestion that she fires her, leaving Belle upset and disappointed.

Belle had hoped Caz might feel comfortable opening up, but instead finds herself dealing with the consequences of a conversation that has gone badly wrong.

4. Belle becomes the subject of a disturbing delivery

Belle's troubles are far from over when Kammy discovers a wreath of dead flowers addressed to her.

The delivery causes immediate suspicion, with Tom considered the most likely person responsible.

His approaching release from prison has already caused anxiety following the abuse Belle experienced during their relationship.

Cain becomes involved and urges Kammy not to tell Belle about the wreath, apparently hoping to prevent her from facing another upsetting situation.

However, the identity of the sender is still unclear, and the disturbing nature of the delivery raises understandable concern.

With Belle attempting to rebuild her life after Tom, the discovery is another unwelcome reminder of the difficulties surrounding her past.

5. Nicola opens up to Kev

Away from the larger confrontations, Nicola has an emotional conversation with Kev about her grief.

She speaks openly about her feelings and is surprised when Kev responds by showing a more vulnerable side to his personality.

Nicola is taken aback by his reaction, having perhaps not expected such openness from him. The conversation allows both characters to reveal something more personal during a week dominated by conflict elsewhere in the village.
