Emmerdale Ross Barton’s Fate Uncertain After Mack Pushes Him From Barn Mezzanine

Ross Barton’s condition remains unknown after his confrontation with Mack ended with him falling from a barn mezzanine in today’s Emmerdale.

The latest episode brought the tension between the two men to a dangerous point as Mack confronted Ross over what had happened with Charity. Ross eventually admitted that he had slept with her, but insisted it had meant nothing and told Mack he was sorry.

Mack was unable to accept the apology. He felt deeply betrayed by Ross, particularly because the pair had become close friends while Ross continued to keep the truth from him.

Their argument soon became physical, ending with Mack shoving Ross and sending him over the edge of the mezzanine. Ross landed across several large packs of dairy feed below and was left lying still as the episode ended.

Mack feels betrayed by Ross

During the confrontation, Mack shoved Ross and sent him falling over the edge of the higher floor, landing on several large packs of dairy feed below.

Although Ross landed on the feed packs rather than directly on the floor, he still fell from a considerable height. The full extent of his injuries has not yet been confirmed.

Kev finds Ross laid out on the sacks

Upcoming scenes confirm that Kev finds Ross lying across the dairy feed sacks following the fall.

Kev’s discovery places him directly in the aftermath of the confrontation. He had already warned Mack against doing anything reckless, making the situation even more serious when he finds Ross injured.

It remains unclear whether Mack will still be present when Kev arrives or what explanation he will give for the fall.

The immediate concern will be whether Ross is responsive and needs urgent medical treatment. Kev may also begin asking questions about how Ross ended up falling from the mezzanine.
